Harp Competition, 2020
Thanks to the Wallace Curzon Trust, Cherubim now has two concert harps. In September 2020 we held the final round of a competition to award our new Lyon & Healy L&H100 harp (Lady Lucille Wallace Curzon) and our existing Salvi Aurora harp (Promenaders–Charles Steer) judged by Professor Gabriella Dall’Olio & Heidi Krutzen. The winners were Clara Gatti-Comini and Aisha Palmer, both of whom will have the exclusive use of one of the instruments for five years. Clara is a postgraduate student at Trinity-Laban and Aisha is an undergraduate at the Royal Academy of Music.
