About the Event

Each piece in this programme represents a unique musical and emotional narrative. Brahms’ Klavierstücke are an intimate journey; where Beethoven’s Appassionata Sonata is a Romantic exploration of contrasting moods: Chopin’s 2nd Ballade tells a Byronic tale of knight errantry: MM Steer Sonata ‘Resonance’ is journey through exotic sonic territories: and finally the power of Ravel’s La Valse sweeps all before it.
