While we are delighted to receive offers of professional quality instruments (only), please note that they do need to be in good playing condition.

If you are thinking of donating an instrument please drop us a line with details of the make, model and date of the instrument in the first instance.  When instruments haven’t been played for an extended period of time they may often need a varying degree of renovation before they can be loaned out in the condition that a young musician demands.

If an instrument is suitable but requires restoration we will be happy to advise on this, but respectfully ask donors to take responsibility for this before passing it to the Trust.
