Based in the North West of England, Anna is very talented and promising woodwind player. Starting as a recorder player, she took up the oboe in 2018 and is already aiming for her Grade 8 in the next few months! Now as the current awardee of the Cherubim Cor Anglais she'll have the chance to develop her skills on the instrument and increase her all round playing skills with a particular aim to do more symphonic playing.

Anna studies at the Junior RNCM with David Cowdy. In 2018 she participated in the Birmingham International and Early Music Festival and in 2019 was awarded the best performer in music across the whole of the Alderley Edge Festival. She also reached the final 25 for the Woodwind category of BBC Young Musician 2020.
